Doreen Marie Lee

She was born in Dallas, TX on October 26, 1963, the daughter of Douglas and Cynthia (Cady) Bacon. She was educated in the Manchester school system and was a graduate of Manchester Memorial High School.

Doreen was a dedicated wife and mother who fought hard each day to survive and spend more time with her family. She was a faithful Christian who lived her faith and was a longtime member of the Church of Christ. She enjoyed cooking and had a special love of animals.

She spent many years volunteering at the Easter Seals working with people with autism and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

The family would like to thank Dr. Mark Rholl, Dr. Granock and his group, Dr. Patent as well as Dr. Peter Capodilupo for their wonderful care and extraordinary efforts in keeping Doreen comfortable over the past several years.

Family members include her husband of 27 years, Richard O. Lee of Manchester; two daughters, Brittany Lee and Victoria Lee, both of Manchester; one son, Brandon Lee of Manchester.

Funeral services were held on Friday, October 22, 2010 in the Manchester Church of Christ, 66 Mammoth Road.
