Doreen (Lawler) Levy, 68, of Manchester, died April 23, 2016 at her home after a year-long battle with cancer.
She was born in Winchester, MA on September 2, 1947 to Raymond and Shirley (Hatch) Lawler. She lived in Tewskbury, MA, then southern California for many years before moving to New Hampshire in Goffstown and Manchester.
Doreen had worked for several Manchester area medical providers.
She was predeceased by her husband of 38 years, William A. Levy Jr. in 2008; and two siblings, Debbie Vitale and Dick Lawler.
The family includes two children, William A. Levy III and his wife, Brandi, and Laura A. Pawling and her husband, Richard; seven grandchildren, Kyle, Megan, Hannah, Bryce, William IV, Aaron and Ashley; her mother, Shirley (Hatch) Lawler; two siblings, Jimmy Lawler and his wife, Marilyn, and Donna Grover and her husband, Bobby; three sisters in law, Donna DiPrima and her husband, Charlie, Carol Beaulieu and her husband, Arthur, and Peggy Petrosino and her husband, Sonny; her best friends, Maryann and Joe, and Maria and Jimmy; and cousins, nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank Shayna Perechodiuk for the special care she provided to Doreen during her illness.
A committal service was held on Thursday, April 28, 2016 at the New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery, 110 Daniel Webster Highway, Boscawen.
