Doris F. Gendron

Doris F. Gendron, 82, of Auburn, NH, died November 9, 2004, at Kindred Hospital, Peabody, MA, after a lengthy illness.

Born in Goffstown, March 8, 1922, she was a daughter of Dorilla and Rosanna (Gagnon) Chauvette. She had been a resident of Auburn most of her life.

Mrs. Gendron worked as a seamstress for Manchester Knitted Fashions for many years.

She was a communicant of St. Peter Church in Auburn.

Family members include her husband of 61 years, Armand G. Gendron of Auburn; four sisters, Adrienne Gamache of Gofstown, Priscilla Robidoux of Naples, FL, Theresa Pellerin and Claire Couture, both of Goffstown; two brothers, Maurice Chauvette of Hollywood, FL, and Joseph Rene Chauvette of Gulf Breeze, FL; many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by seven siblings, Leo Chauvette, Edgar Chauvette, Richard Chauvette, Edmond Chauvette, Lucienne Morrissette, Emile Chauvette, and Donald Chauvette, and many loving nieces and nephews.

Calling hours are Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm at Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St., corner of North St., Manchester.

A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Saturday, at 10am, at St. Peter Church, Auburn. Burial will follow in Mount Calvary Cemetery, Manchester.
