Doris M. Maillet

Doris M. (Veilleux) Maillet, 75, of Manchester died June 5, 2004 at Maple Leaf Health Care Center after a long illness.

Born in Bristol, CT on October 4, 1928, she was the daughter of Alcide and Eva (Poulin) Veilleux. She lived most of her life in Manchester.

Mrs. Maillet worked at Martins Caterer's, Ferretti's Supermarket and Freudenberg-NOK for many years. She was a member of the Ladies of St. Anne at St. Therese Church, Hillsborough County Guild and Catholic War Veterans Auxiliary. She had also volunteered as a Girl Scout Leader.

She was predeceased by her husband, Adrian Maillet.

The family includes a daughter, Cindy Leblanc of Las Vegas, NV; a sister, Rita Mathieu of Manchester; a brother, Jean Veilleux of Las Vegas, NV; cousins, nieces and nephews.

A service of remembrance was held Wednesday June 9, 2004 at Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St., corner of North Street, Manchester.
