Doris M. Sylvestre

Doris M. Sylvestre, 88, of Manchester, died December 30, 2003, at Catholic Medical Center, after a brief illness.

Born in Manchester, August 10, 1915, he was the son of Donat and Marie (Coulombe) Sylvestre. She was a lifelong resident of this city.

Miss Sylvestre worked as a secretary for Paul Gelinas, C.P.A., for 25 years.

She was a longtime communicant of St. Augustin Church.

Family members include a sister, Florence Houle of Garden City, GA; several nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews, and great grand nieces and nephews.

A mass of Christian burial was celebrated Saturday January 3, 2004 in St. Elizabeth Seton Church, Bedford. Burial followed in St. Augustin Cemetery, Manchester.
