Dorothy J. Rousseau

She was born in Manchester, NH on February 12, 1918 and was the daughter of Eugene E. and Dora E. (Latulippe) Gaudette. She had resided in Manchester for all of her life.

She attended St. Anthony School.

Dorothy enjoyed gardening, fishing and walking but most of all she loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Members of her family include two daughters, Evelyn D. Bonnin and her husband Philip of Bedford, NH, Pauline D. Bouvier and her husband Donald of Manchester, NH; a son, Paul T. Tousignant, DMD of Portsmouth, NH; 12 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her first husband Theodore Tousignant in 1975, and her second husband Lionel J. Rousseau. She was also predeceased by her son David E. Tousignant in 2012 by her sister Evelyn Fowler and by her dear friend William Thorndike.

A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated on Tuesday April 2, 2013 in St. Elizabeth Seton Church, 190 Meetinghouse Road, Bedford, NH. Burial will be in Mt. Calvary Cemetery at a later date this summer.

Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm Street, Manchester, NH assisted the family with arrangements.
