Douglas A. Lyon

  Peacefully in Manchester with his wife Lynda by his side, Doug passed away following a long illness that was borne with courage and dignity.
  Son of the late Jenny Fraser & late Alexander Lyon and father to Christopher and Nicholas (Nick) Lyon. Beloved brother of Jennifer, Catherine, June, Valerie and Kenny. Loving step-father, uncle, friend and colleague. Doug spent many years running a number of businesses in Inverness, Scotland including Video Network, Simply Satellite and Shell Kingswell. In Manchester he worked at Wall Street tower where he was a familiar and friendly face to the many residents over a number of years.
  Doug was proud both of his home town of Inverness, Scotland and adopted home in New Hampshire where he spent the past 14 years with his wife Lynda in Manchester and Hooksett.
  The family wish to thank the staff of CMC Hospital and DaVita diaylsis clinic in Manchester for both their care and professionalism for Doug over the years.
  Services in New Hampshire will be private. A funeral in Scotland will take place at a later date. Lambert Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
