Drucilla E. Laferriere

Drucilla E. Laferriere, 90, passed away at her home in Barrington, NH on February 14, 2023 after a period of declining health.

Born in Manchester, NH, where she spent most of her life, she was the daughter of the late Clarence and Laura (Modler) Dame.  She moved to the Barrington-Dover area in May of 2021.  She passed away just 3 days shy of her 91^st birthday.  She spent most of her adult life as a homemaker for her husband Robert and their children.

She enjoyed reading, doing word puzzles and watching birds as they fed at bird feeders and a birdbath on her property.  She also enjoyed seeing the snowfall blanket the lawn of her yard.

She was predeceased by her parents, her husband, and her daughters Sandra (Bill) Holt and Mary Laferriere.  She leaves behind her children William (his partner Laura) Laferriere, Cheryl (Richard) Laferriere, David (Beth) Laferriere, Elaine (Robert) Deschuiteneer, Joanne (Daniel) Weldon, and Vanessa (Sarteep) Rashid.  She also leaves behind her brother John Dame and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

SERVICES: There will be no calling hours.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday February 18 at 9 am at St. Catherine of Siena Church, 207 Hemlock St., Manchester.  Burial will be private.
