Earl Reed Silvers

Earl Reed Silvers, III, 65, of Old Orchard Beach, ME, died June 11, 2017 at Gosnell Hospice after a period of failing health.

He was born in Suffern, NY April 25, 1952 to Earl Reed Silvers, II and Janet Gray Silvers. He had been a resident of Maine for many years.

Reed worked at the Waynflete School for many years. He also had worked at Migis Lodge in South Casco, ME

Family members include his wife, Pauline C. Barry of Old Orchard Beach, ME; a step daughter, Jessica J. Scott and husband Ryan of Portland, ME; his mother, Janet Silvers of Portland, ME; a sister, Margaret Myatt and husband Thomas of Milford, MA; two brothers, Robert G. Silvers and wife Kate of Raymond, ME, and Peter K.T. Silvers and husband Fred Sanborn-Silvers of Lewiston, ME; a niece, Alice Myatt, three nephews, James Myatt, William Silvers, and Earl Reed Silvers, IV

A celebration of Reed's life will take place at a later date.
