Edith St. Onge, 87, longtime resident of Manchester died November 28, 2016 at the Catholic Medical Center surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Manchester on May 14th, 1929, she was the daughter of John and Irene (Martel) Pelletier. She was educated in the local school system.
Prior to retirement, she had been employed by Bradlee's Department Store for many years. Previously, she had been employed by RCL in the millyard.
Edith enjoyed playing cards and cherished time with family. She will be remembered as a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister who will be greatly missed.
She was predeceased by her husband Edward St. Onge in 2010.
Family members include her children, Daniel St. Onge and wife Lise of Manchester, Richard St. Onge and wife Melissa of Bedford, David St. Onge and wife Carole of Allenstown, Susan Marois and husband Daniel of Franklin, Michael St. Onge and wife Candace of Litchfield; her grandchildren, Ryan, Amy, Chris, Shane, Nicholas, Griffin, and Tyler; great-grandchildren, Caleb, McKenzie, Samuel, Theresa, Evan and Adrien; her brother, Leo Pelletier of Bedford; her sister, Terry Turcotte of Tampa, FL; many nephews, nieces and cousins.
A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated on Saturday, December 3, 2016 in Parish of the Transfiguration, Kelley St. Committal prayers followed in Mt. Calvary Cemetery Mausoleum.
