Edmond H. Duhaime

Edmond H. Duhaime, 77, of Manchester, NH died December 30, 2006 at the Elliot Hospital after a period of declining health.

He was born in Hooksett, NH on June 11, 1929, the son of Rudolph and Alice (Thibodeau) Duhaime. During the Korean War, he served in the US Army.

Prior to retirement, Mr. Duhaime was employed by Associated Grocers for over 42 years.

Edmond was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather who devoted his life to his family.

Members of his family include his wife of 53 years, Claire F. (Lambert) Duhaime of Manchester; his children, Donald R. and Cindy Duhaime of New Boston, Paul E. and Diane Duhaime of Manchester, David R. and Kathleen Duhaime of Manchester, Colette I. and Brendan O'Connor of Manchester, Dotty G. and Shawn Murray of Hudson, and Gary W. and Nancy Duhaime of Manchester; eighteen grandchildren, Brian and April Duhaime, Kevin and Eric Duhaime, Christopher and Ryan Duhaime, Jennifer O'Connor, Brendan O'Connor Jr, John O'Connor, Evelyn O'Connor, Shauna O'Connor, Emerson O'Connor, Daniel B. O'Connor III, Julia O'Connor, Casey and Allie Murray, Amanda and Sarah Starry; two great-grandchildren, Andrew and Hayleigh O'Connor; one brother, Lucien Duhaime; six sisters, Emelda Walas, Bernadette Lortie, Elise Lambert, Carmelle LaRochelle, Lillian Ouellette, and Muriel Clement; many nephews, nieces, and cousins.

A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated in St. Pius X Church on Thursday January 4, 2007. Burial followed in St. Augustin Cemetery.
