Born in Springfield, MA, October 20, 1919, he was the son of Lewis and Josephine (Before) Duval. He had been a Manchester resident most of his life.
Mr. Duval worked 45 years as a shipping clerk for Felton Brush Co.
He was an army veteran of World War II.
He was a member of the Heal and Toe Square Dance Club, and a member of the American Legion, Post 79.
Mr. Duval was a communicant of St. Joseph Cathedral.
Family members include his wife of 54 years, Germaine E. (Lamb) Duval of Manchester; 3 sons, Donald E. Duval of Manchester, David E. Duval of Auburn, and Dennis E. Duval of Manchester; a daughter, Donna E. Petterson of Candia; 6 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
Calling hours were Thursday October 18, 2001 at Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St., corner of North St.
A mass of Christian burial was celebrated Friday October 19, 2001 in St. Joseph Cathedral. Burial was in St. Joseph Cemetery, Bedford.
