Edward W. Przybyla, 93, of Manchester passed away peacefully August 24, 2014 at the Maple Leaf Healthcare Home.

He was born in Manchester on October 30, 1920, the son of John and Maria (Ludwin) Przybyla. He was raised and educated in Londonderry.

He joined the US Army Air Corp and proudly served his country during WWII. As a sergeant airline mechanic, he earned the highest respect of his fellow pilots.

Edward married his sweetheart, "Peanut" Rita Germain of Derry. He worked for 40 years at E & R Cleaning with the Morin sons where he was promoted to plant engineer.

He enjoyed horse racing at Rockingham Race Track, golfing, dancing, and bowled on teams at Stadium Ten Pin until the age of 90. He attended St. Francis of Assisi and St. Hedwig Churches and was a member of the American Legion, AARP, and supporter of various veteran's programs.

Edward "Eddie" was predeceased by his loving wife of 60 years, Rita (Germain) Przybyla; brothers, Joseph and Stanley Przybyla; sisters, Gladys Przybyla Bragdon and Helen Przybyla Lamarche.

Family members include his daughter, Lucille "Lou" Hebert and husband Donald of Hooksett; his son, Edward Przybyla and wife Karen of Laurel, MD; his grandson, Jason Hebert and wife Theresa Gosselin Hebert of Manchester; granddaughters, Stacy Hebert St. George and husband Robert of Manchester and Marcy Hebert Fenn & Kjell Fenn of Honduras; ten great-grandchildren, Eric, Ashley, Cameron, Paige, Katarina, Mikayla, Rebekah, Jeremiah, Savannah, Madison and other relatives.

A funeral service was held on Tuesday, August 26, 2014 in the chapel at Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St, Manchester. Burial in St. Hedwig Cemetery will take place at a later date.
