She received her training as a Licensed Practical Nurse from the Soldiers Home in Chelsea, and later worked as a private duty nurse. She enjoyed water color painting. Bette will be remembered for her ability to make friends, and have others interests become her own. She had a wonderful sense of humor, and loyalty to her family and friends.
IN HER LIFE: Family members include her daughters, Mary Beth, and her husband Stephen Sargent, of Nashua, Paula Moore, of Milford; her sons, Paul, and his wife Deb Spezzaferri, of Candia, Jay Spezzaferri, of Wilton, Mark and his wife Sandy Spezzaferri, of CA; 10 grandchildren, Alexis, Nathaniel, Gregory, Drew, Mitchell, Lucas, Valerie, Cameron, Daniel, Jacob; 2 sisters, Margaret Corbett, of MT, Marie McDermott, of MA, 2 brothers, Reverend John Murray, of MT, William Murray, of CT; Bette was predeceased by her husband Robert E. Spezzaferri, who died February 17, 2006.
A funeral Mass of Christian burial was celebrated at St Raphael Church, 103 Walker St., Manchester, on Monday, November 29, 2010.
Burial took place at the NH Veterans Cemetery, 110 Daniel Webster Highway
