Elliott V. Hathaway Jr., 91, of Hooksett, passed away peacefully Saturday Morning, April 11, 2026, surrounded by his loving family.

He was born In Albany NY on October 19th 1934, to the late Elliott Sr. and Anne Lynch.

Elliott served as a cook in the US Army, and worked until retirement as a Butcher. He enjoyed playing Golf and listening to his beloved NY Yankees and never missed a game. He also enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He will He will be remembered by his quick wit and unmatched sense of humor, and had a nick name for almost everyone. He was an amazing husband, father and papa to his grandchildren who loved him dearly. He will be greatly missed.

He is survived by his wife of almost 69 years Mary J Hathaway, of Hooksett, and his three children Margaret Watts of Manchester, Elliott V Hathaway III of Indianapolis Indiana, Katherine Holland of Pembroke.

He was predeceased by his eldest son Michael Hathaway.

Elliott had 8 grandchildren, Drew Hathaway, Ryan Watts, Mackenzie Hathaway, Justin Holland, Taylor Watts, Taryn Watts, Kyle Hathaway, Kelsey Holland, and 2 Great Grand children, and a brother William Hathaway Myrtle Beach SC and several nieces and nephews.

Calling hours are Friday, April 17, 2026 from 2-4, at Lambert funeral home & Crematory, 1799 Elm Street, Manchester.

In lieu of Flowers donations can be made to the Manchester Animal Shelter.
