Eric M. Chipman, 86, of New Boston, died October 18, 2006, at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center in Nashua following a long illness.
Born in Nova Scotia on August 9, 1920, he was the son of Arthur and Susan (Goose) Chipman. He was a former and longtime resident of Chelmsford, MA and recently moved to New Hampshire three years ago.
He served in the US Army Air Force with the 574th Bomb Squadron and 391st Bomb Group Association. He enjoyed attending bomb squadron reunions.
Mr. Chipman worked as an electronic assembler for the General Radio Company for many years.
He enjoyed spending time with his family and grandchildren.
Members of his family include his wife of 61 years, Delia (Musetti) Chipman of New Boston N.H; two daughters, Rosalie Young of Groton Ma. and Deborah Desfosses of New Boston N.H; 4 Grandchildren, 7 Great Grandchildren, and 1 great Great grandchild; two sisters, Ruby Munn of Tampa, Fl., and Mary Scott of Burlington, Ma.; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Burial was at the convinience of the family.

Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St, Manchester, was in charge of arrangements.
