Estelle R. Camire

May 16, 1928 — January 5, 2021

Estelle R. Camire, 92, went to her eternal rest on Jan. 5, 2021, in her home at The Arbors of Bedford, with her family by her side.

Estelle was born in Manchester on May 16, 1928, the daughter of
Albert and Cecile (LaPalme) Labrie. She was raised on the Westside of Manchester and later moved to Goffstown where she raised her family.

After completing her schooling, she went on to work in the Waumbec Mills and later became a wonderful homemaker while being an instrumental part of the family business, Manchester & Concord Upholstering Company. She also received her certification to become a Home Healthcare Aid, which she was very proud of.

Estelle always held onto her roots of Manchester's Westside, loved socializing with people especially from the Westside. She loved playing piano and going ballroom dancing every weekend with her love, Jerry. She continued dancing and speaking French through her final days. She also loved playing golf while spending her winters in Florida for 40 years. Most of all, she had a deep love for her family as a Wife, Mom, and Memere (Mem).

She was predeceased by her husband, Gerard (Jerry) Camire in 2014. She was called to heaven on the exact date of her predeceased first son, Richard R. Camire, 50 years later. She was also predeceased by her loving grandson, Mark A. Camire in 2017.

Her family includes three children, Anita C. Letendre and husband Norman W. of Ft. Myers, FL, Guy A. Camire and wife Maureen D. of Goffstown, and Ann C. Bellerose and husband Roger J. Jr. of Goffstown; seven grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; one brother, Luc Labrie, of Manchester; and several nieces and nephews.

A special thank you to all who cared for her at The Arbors of Bedford; you gave her love, made her smile and kept her dancing.

Services: A private celebration of her life will be held by her family when conditions allow. Memorial donations may be made to: Easter Seals of NH, 435 S. Main St., Manchester, NH 03102.
