Esther C. Girolimon

Born in Manchester on June 7, 1918, she was the daughter of John and Bridget (Maher) Coyne. She was a graduate of West High School and Hesser College. She was a lifelong resident of Manchester.

Mrs. Girolimon was the co-owner of Angelos Restaurant in Manchester for over 30 years. She was a communicant of St. Pius X Church and also worshiped at the Precious Blood Monastery.

She was married to Albert Girolimon who died in 1985.

The family includes three children, Ron Girolimon of Manchester, Gary Girolimon of Bedford and Jill Parenteau of Manchester; four grandchildren; a brother, John "Francis" Coyne of Manchester; a sister, Eileen Avery of Manchester; cousins, nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Monday May 19, 2008 at St. Pius X Church, corner of Candia Rd. and Sarto St., Manchester. Committal prayers followed at St. Joseph Cemetery, 448 Donald St., Bedford.
