He was born in Manchester on October 3, 1929, the son of Louis and Marie Rose (Provencher) Bourgeois. He was educated in the Manchester school system.
Prior to retirement, he had been employed in the quality control department of Prevue Products.
Euclide enjoyed dancing, fishing, and camping, but above all else, loved spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He was a parishioner of St. Pius X Church and was a fourth degree member of the Knights of Columbus.
Family members include three daughters, Louise Erickson and her husband, Steven, of South Dakota, Doris Towne and her husband, Richard Towne Sr., of Franklin, Muriel Pratt and her husband, Howard, of South Dakota; two sons, Paul Bourgeois and his wife Pam of Florida, and Raymond Bourgeois of Manchester; eight grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; four sisters, Rose Cameron, Rita Fournier, Gilberte Bourgeois and Dee Stone, all of Manchester; many nephews, nieces, and cousins.
A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated on Monday, May 10, 2010 at St. Pius X Church, Candia Rd, Manchester. Committal prayers followed in St. Augustin Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the Patients' Activities Account at Mountain Ridge Center, 7 Baldwin St, Franklin, NH 03235.
