Born in Manchester on October 20, 1927, he was the son of Ernest and Therese (Champagne) Bourque. He graduated from St. Joseph High School.
During World War II he served in the US Army.
Mr. Bourque retired from Jewell Instrument Company at Grenier Field in Manchester.
He was married to Aurora (Lambert) Bourque who died in 1996.
IN HIS LIFE: The family includes his son, Robert Bourque of Pembroke; two grandchildren, Jamison Bourque of Dearborn, MI and Jeri Blais of Manchester; a brother, Edward Bourque of Manchester; a sister, Vivian Laverdure of Papillion, NE.
The funeral was held Thursday, June 3, 2010 in the funeral home. Committal prayers followed at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, 474 Goffstown Rd., Manchester.
