Eugene H. "Webb" Webster, 74, of Manchester, died April 22, 2018 at Elliot Hospital with his family at his side after a brief illness.
He was born in Manchester on September 21, 1943 to Charles and Louise (Hebert) Webster. He was a lifelong resident of Manchester.
During the mid-1960's he served in the U.S. Air Force.
He worked for the Pipefitters Union, Local 131 for many years and enjoyed the monthly get-togethers with other retired members of that union.
Webb enjoyed his time on Cutler Avenue at Hampton Beach. As the years grew, so did his friendships with neighbors. Pa loved being with his grandkids, playing with them, joking with them and sneaking them treats.
Webb and his high school sweetheart, Judy, celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on May 18th.
Other family members include two daughters, Sherry A. Nannis and her significant other, Steven Richard, of Manchester and Jill L. Manning and her husband, Gregg, of Amherst; three grandchildren, Andrew Nannis, Aidan Manning and Brady Manning and three step-grandchildren, Brandon, Taelor and Alex; two siblings, Charles Webster and Martha Wurtele both of Tennessee; several nieces and nephews; and lifelong friends, Buddy and Carol Pow of Bedford.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Thursday, April 26, 2018 at St. Catherine Church, 267 Webster St., Manchester.
