She was born in Manchester, July 13, 1928, and was the daughter of John and Aurore(Tanguay) Latulippe.
She attended local schools, and during World War II she worked for U.S. Rubber, manufacturing the "Mae West" vests for the Navy. Later she worked for the Felton Brush Company.
Eugenie enjoyed playing cards, and traveling, especially trips to Vermont. She was fond of animals, in particular her cat. She was happy quilting and being in the company of her family, especially her grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
Family members include her husband of 63 years, Lionel J. Carle, of Merrimack; her children, Linda Brackett, of Lancaster, Lionel J. Carle Jr., of Merrimack; 3 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren; 2 step grandchildren; 2 step, great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A Mass of Christian burial took place Monday, March 2, 2009 at Sacred Heart Church, Main St. Manchester.
Burial followed in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Goffstown Rd. Manchester.
