Evelyn Noble Hamblett

May 15, 1925 — July 24, 2007

Evelyn Noble Hamblett, 82, of Hooksett, NH, died July 24, 2007, at the Elliot Hospital after a brief illness. She was born in Saskatchawan Province, May 15, 1925, and was the daughter of Charles and Phyllis Jean (Fraser) McRuden. She lived in Manchester most of her life and had been a resident of Hooksett the past several years. She had served in the Canadian Military.

She had been employed by Jordan Marsh Co. for many years.

She was predeceased by her first husband, George L. Noble, in 1976, and by a son, Allan Noble, in 1971.

Family members include two sons, Charles W. Noble of Monroe Township, NJ, and Sean D. Noble of Concord, NH; two daughters, Maureen Belair, and Sheila Francoeur, both of Manchester; 10 grandchildren; two step sons, Paul Hamblett and Mark Hamblett; a sister, Fern Portious of Australia; nieces and nephews.

A Service of Remembrance was held Friday July 27, 2007 at Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St., corner of North St., Manchester.

Urn burial was in Woodlawn Cemetery, Penacook, NH, at the convenience of the family.
