Fabiola D. (Fournier) Duhamel, 84, of Manchester, NH died September 8, 2018 at Villa Crest Retirement Community after a period of declining health.
She was born in St. Fabien de Rimouski, Quebec, Canada on December 23, 1933 to Charles-Eugene and Luce (Berger) Fournier.
Fabiola worked at Crystal Laundry and Catholic Medical Center Labs both in Manchester, NH.
She was a communicant of St. Anthony Parish where she was a member of the Ladies St. Anne. She was also a very social person who enjoyed puzzles, playing cards and knitting.
She was predeceased by her husband, Roland L. Duhamel; a granddaughter, Natalie Carlson; siblings, Monique, Janine and Marcel; and brothers-in-law, Roger, Paul, Jacque and Guy.
The family includes four children, Luc Duhamel and wife, Dawna, of Merrimack, NH Carole Carlson and husband, Eric, and Sylvain Duhamel and life partner, Jackie Davie, all of Manchester, NH and Rene Duhamel and wife, Jackie, of Deerfield, NH; seven grandchildren, Natasha, Travis, Matthew, Spencer, Chandler, Sydney and Cody; four siblings, Therese, Salomee, Valier and Rene-Jean all of Quebec; sisters and brothers-in-law, Claude, Yves, Denis, Pierrette, Gilbette, Francine and Diane; and many nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank the staff of Villa Crest for the care and compassion they provided for Fabiola.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Saturday, September 15, 2018 at St. Anthony Church, 172 Belmont St., Manchester, NH.
Interment at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Manchester, NH will be at the convenience of the family.
