Florence O. St. Jean

She was born in Manchester on August 10, 1927, the daughter of Paul E. and Blanche (Isabelle) Fournier. She was educated in the local school system.

Prior to retirement, she had been employed as a sales clerk with Gosselin Pharmacy.

Florence enjoyed quilting and every one of her creations was made with love. She was able to spend time traveling with her sisters, loved watching the Red Sox and was known by her family as the "iPod Granny". Above all else, she will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who cherished time with family.

She was predeceased by her husband Alfred E. St. Jean in 1983 and her son-in-law Amar Douidi in 2009.

Family members include her daughter, Therese "Terry" Douidi of Manchester; four grandchildren, Dan Douidi and wife Cindy of Bedford, Allen Douidi and wife Genia of Manchester, Lisa Plamondon and husband Kevin of Manchester, Eric Douidi and wife Valerie of Manchester; her great-grandchildren, Josh and Jacob, Nick and Alex, Kayla, Amar and Haley; two sisters, Betty Conley of PA and Pauline Gagnon of Manchester; many nephews, nieces, and cousins.

A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated on Friday, July 12, 2013 in St. Marie Church. Burial followed in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, 474 Goffstown Road.
