Florence I. Plourde

Florence I. Plourde, 83, of 55 Amory St., Manchester, died suddenly, August 4, 2002, at her residence.

Born in Manchester, March 26, 1919, she was the daughter of Hormidas and Marie Anne (Plourde) Boisvert. She was a lifelong resident of this city.

She worked for Waumbec Mills for 33 years.

Mrs. Plourde was a former member of the Sodality of St. Anne of St. Jean Baptiste parish.

She was married to Joseph E. Plourde, who died in 1989.

Family members include a brother, Maurice Boisvert of Manchester; a sister, Jeanne Boisvert of Manchester; an aunt, Beatrice Boisvert; nieces and nephews.

A mass of Christian burial was celebrated Wednesday August 7, 2002 in St. Catherine Church. Burial was in Mount Calvary Cemetery.
