Florian "Phil" Boisvert

Florian P. "Phil" Boisvert, of Hooksett, died December 9, 2017 after a brief illness.
Born in Manchester on May 10, 1932, he was the son of Joseph and Berthina Boisvert. He was educated in the local schools.
First and foremost, he was a loving husband and father. He was devoted to his family and always enjoyed being together at family parties and get togethers. Because of the love he and his family shared, he considered himself the richest man in the world. He also enjoyed playing pool and was a lifelong member of both the Alpine and Rimmon Clubs. In his later years he and his wife shared the joy of going on trips to Canada, Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun.
His occupation was a self employed building contractor, but he was certainly a jack of all trades. He could do anything and everything and no task was too big to handle. He devoted many hours working at his children's homes and other relatives as well.
He was predeceased by his wife Claire Y. (Lavallee) Boisvert earlier this year. He was also predeceased by his daughter Collette.
Family members include his children, Donald Boisvert and wife Mary of Hooksett, David Boisvert and wife Sandra of Laconia, Janet DuGrenier and husband David of Dunbarton, Carol Henderson and husband Walter of Hillsborough, Ann-Marie Hetzel and husband Dennis of Candia, Lynn Kelly and husband James of Londonderry; 14 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; nephews, nieces and cousins.
A memorial Mass of Christian burial was celebrated on Thursday, December 14, 2017 in St. Catherine of Siena Church, Manchester. Urn burial followed in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
