Frank J. Deteen

Frank J. Deteen, 86, of Manchester, died May 1, 2005, at Catholic Medical Center.

He was born September 12, 1918 in Medford, MA, and was the son of Frank and Margaret Marie (Bullerest) Deteen. He lived in Manchester most of his life. He served in the Army Air Corps during World War II.

Mr. Deteen had been employed by Chicopee Mills for many years.

He loved watching sports, square dancing, reading and computers.

Family members include his wife, Huguette (Hebert) Deteen of Manchester; a daughter, Janice Szumiers of Northfield, NH; a son, Frank W. Deteen of Cathedral City, CA; 4 step children, James Fletcher of Weare, NH and Robert M. Fletcher of Manchester, Linda Riggs of Freeport, FL and Gail Jones of Pittsfield, NH; 15 grandchildren; many great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

A committal service was held Wednesday May 4, 2005 at Mt. Calvary Mausoleum, 474 Goffstown Rd., Manchester.
