Fred A. Burnham, Jr., 83, of Candia, NH died July 14, 2005 at the Elliot Hospital after a short illness.
He was born in Manchester, NH on November 30, 1921, the son of Fred A. and Grace E. (Morrill) Burnham. He was educated in the local school system.
Prior to retirement, he had been employed by Kilgus Pontiac/Cadillac for 45 years. He also owned and operated his own auto repair service for many years.
He was a member of the Legion of Guardsmen and was Chief of the New Hampshire Redmen.
He was pre-deceased by his first wife, Ruth Burnham in 1977, and his second wife, Anne Burnham in 1989.
He was also pre-deceased by sisters Marjorie Lamper, Dorothy Burnham and Mildred Burnham and a brother, Frank Burnham.
Members of his family include a sister Wilma Cashwell of Winter Garden, FL; 3 nieces and 4 nephews; his long-time companion, Ruth Francisco of Candia;
The funeral service was held in the funeral home chapel on Monday July 18, 2005. Burial followed in St. Augustin Cemetery.
