Gabrielle L. (Philibert) Duhaime, 64, of Hooksett died December 16, 2001 at her residence after a long illness.
Born in Bedford on November 16, 1937, she was the daughter of Arthur and Angelina (Hallee) Philibert. She lived in Bedford for many years before moving to Hooksett in 1960.
Mrs. Duhaime was a graduate of Our Lady of the Mountains Academy in Gorham. She had worked at New Hampshire Fire Insurance Company in Manchester many years ago. After many years of raising her family, she worked at Manchester Mental Health Center for 9 years.
She was married to Bertrand L. Duhaime who died in 1983.
The family includes four sons, Bertrand Duhaime of Haverhill, MA, Maurice Duhaime of Hooksett, Richard Duhaime of Jonesport, ME and Marcel Duhaime of Wolfeboro; two daughters, Michelle Demars of Hooksett and Monique Duhaime of Somerville, MA; 15 grandchildren; two brothers, Ernest Philibert of Bedford and Paul Philibert of Wentworth; three sisters, Rita Desmarais of Bedford and Jeanette Vigneault and Antoinette Powers both of Manchester; many nieces and nephews.
Calling hours were December 18, 2001 in Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St., corner of North Street, Manchester. A mass of Christian burial was celebrated December 19, 2001 in Holy Rosary Church, 21 Main St., Hooksett. Burial was in Holy Rosary Cemetery, Main St., Hooksett.
