Gabrielle Rita Gagne

Sister Gabrielle entered the Sisters of Holy Cross in 1955 and made her final profession in 1962. She earned her BA from Notre Dame College, Manchester, NH. She taught in New Bedford, MA, Groton, CT, Somersworth and Rochester, NH and also served as the Coordinator of the Religious Education in Rochester at Holy Rosary Parish for several years. She retired to St. George Manor in Manchester, NH in 2008.

Sister Gabrielle is survived by her sister Theresa Donnelly from Somersworth, NH. She leaves numerous nephews and nieces, grand nephews and grand nieces. She was predeceased by her brothers, Bernard, Edmund and Julien and her sisters Rachel, Edna Poisson and Helen Liberi.

A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Wednesday, February 27, 2013 in St. George Manor Chapel. Burial was in St. Augustin Cemetery, in Manchester.
