Gayle Blue

 Gayle Blue, a beautiful sweet and loving mother, grandmother, aunt and friend, passed away peacefully on August 4, 2024 surrounded by family.

 She was born in Lowell, MA on May 6, 1947 and later graduated from Manchester Memorial High School in 1966. After high school she worked for Raytheon Corporation and, later in her life, for DP Photo.

 She met the love of her life, Walter Blue and they were married in 1969. 

 Gayle was a kind-hearted soul who was there to help anyone. She was an aunty to many who came to her for comfort and advice. She and Walter spent many summers at their camp on Pleasant Lake in Warner where they made lots of great memories with family and friends. She also enjoyed Bingo, playing cards and traveling. 

 Gayle’s beautiful heart and smile will be missed by all those who loved her and whose lives she touched.

 She was predeceased by her husband, Walter; her mother, Patricia Buck; her grandmother, Edna Pinkham and her son-in-law, Carl Brooks.

 Gayle is survived by two children, Tammy Brooks and Scott Blue; three grandchildren, Jessica Blue, Devin Blue and Kassandra Blue; two great grandchildren, Deacon Hardy and Dominick Blue; two brothers, Brian Ackerman and his wife, Jane, and Darryl Buck; and many nieces and nephews.

 SERVICES: Calling hours are Thursday (8/8) from 4 to 6 p.m. at Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St., Manchester. Private interment will be at the NH State Veterans Cemetery in Boscawen at the convenience of the family.
