George E. Duval, 83, died April 16, 2011at Catholic Medical Center in Manchester.

He was born on March 5, 1928 in Manchester to Auguste and Rose (Bouchard) Duval. He graduated from Manchester West High School and served in the US Army during the Korean War.

He worked in sales for over 30 years and was a waiter at the Radisson for 25 years. He had a love for God, family, and people.

He was a member of Precious Blood Monastery and the League of 1000 Men.

IN HIS LIFE:

Family members include his loving wife of 62 years, Doris T. (Desfosses) Duval of Manchester; four sons, Donald Duval and his wife, Edie, George Duval and his wife, Laura, David Duval and his wife, Carla, John Duval and his wife, Barbara, all of Manchester; two daughters, Ceal White and her husband, Dennis, Denise Ray and her husband, Robert, all of Manchester; 14 grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren; His brother Ray Duval and his wife, Lucille, of Florida; and a sister, Julie Dubois-Hebert of Manchester.

He was predeceased by four brothers, Lionel, Ross, Henry, and Albert Duval, two sisters Lucia Lemay and Grace Damour.

A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated on Wednesday, April 27, 2011 in Parish of Transfiguration. Burial followed in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, 474 Goffstown Road, Manchester.
