George O. Lacasse, 90, of Deerfield Beach Fl, died at his home, September 17, 2003.
Born in Manchester, February 22, 1913, he was a son of Gedeon and Addie (Roux) Lacasse. He lived many years in Manchester and had been a resident of Florida for more than 20 years.
He served in the Army during World War II.
Mr. Lacasse worked for J.F. McElwain Shoe Co. for 22 years and later as an aircraft inspector.
He was a former member of the American Legion, Jutras Post.
He was married to Alice (Daigle) Lacasse, who died in 1993.
Family members include a son, Norman Robert Lacasse of West Linn, Oregon; two brothers, Omer Lacasse of Springfield, MA, and Leo Lacasse of Maryland; nieces and nephews.
A mass of Christian burial was celebrated Wednesday September 24, 2003 in St. Marie Church, 378 Notre Dame Ave., Manchester. Burial followed in Mount Calvary Cemetery, Manchester.
