Georgette D. Pruneau

Georgette D. "Gette" (Bouchard) Pruneau, 73, of Bedford died January 27, 2003 at Elliot Hospital, Manchester after a brief illness.

Born in Manchester on March 25, 1929, she was the daughter of Alfred and Georgianna (Gregoire) Bouchard. She lived in the Manchester area most of her life.

She worked at the Wonder Bread Thrift Store in Manchester for many years. She was a former member of NEPCIA and had volunteered at St. Peter's Orphanage.

Mrs. Pruneau was a devoted wife and mother. She enjoyed many arts and crafts as well as playing golf. She was a member of the Intervale Country Club.

The family includes her husband of 50 years, Robert E. Pruneau of Bedford; three children, Donna P. Fritz of Oxford, CT, Colette C. Deusinger of Auburn and Kevin L.J. Pruneau of Manchester; three grandchildren; two brothers, Rev. Alfred Bouchard of Nashua and Henry Bouchard of Goffstown; two sisters, Pauline Biron of Santa Maria, CA and Lorraine Brisson of Plymouth; aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Thursday January 30, 2003 in Parish of the Transfiguration at St. John the Baptist Church. Encryptment followed in Mt. Calvary Mausoleum, 474 Goffstown Rd., Manchester.
