Gerald J. DesFosses Jr.

Gerald Joseph DesFosses, Jr, of Bedford, NH died March 18, 2026 after a period of declining health.

Born in Manchester on October 16, 1943, he was the son of Gerald J. and Cecile M. (Royer) DesFosses Sr. He graduated from the Boston School For the Deaf.

Gerald had worked as a processor for Scholand’s Hotdogs for 34 years prior to his retirement. He then worked at JacPac for an additional 5 years.

He loved playing bingo, travelling to Foxwoods Casino, playing cards with friends and watching sports. Gerry was always on the go, busy helping everyone he met and will be remembered for his generosity.

He was predeceased by his parents and brother, Ronald DesFosses in 2009.

Family members include his sister, Linda Bilodeau and husband Lucien of Hooksett; several nephews, nieces and cousins.

A graveside committal service will be held on Thursday, March 26th, at 10 am in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Manchester.
