Gerald R. Lesmerises, 56, of Auburn, died November 5, 2003, at Catholic Medical Center after a brief illness.
Born in Manchester, January 10, 1947, he was the son of Marcel and Rita (Marineau) Lesmerises. He had been a resident of Auburn the past 20 years.
He graduated from Central High School in 1965, and later served 4 years in the US Marine Corps.
Mr. Lesmerises worked for the US Postal Service for the past 18 years.
He was a communicant of St. Peter Church, Auburn.
Family members include his wife of 33 years, Judith A. (Lemon) Lesmerises of Auburn; three sons, Gerry Lesmerises of Loudon, Jamie Lesmerises of Manchester, and John Lesmerises of Germany; a daughter, Holly Lesmerises of Auburn; 3 grandchildren; four sisters, Jacqueline St. Hilaire of Goffstown, Suzie Russell of Newbury, Constance Sanborne and Judith Robert, both of Manchester; three brothers, Edward Richer of Manchester, Donald Lesmerises of New London, and Robert Lesmerises of Franconia;several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
A mass of Christian burial was celebrated Saturday November 8, 2003 in St. Peter Church, Auburn.
Burial followed in Mount Calvary Cemetery.
