Gerard “Gerry” Cusson 85, passed away on Thursday, September 26, 2024 at Catholic Medical Center surrounded by his loving family. 

 Born in Berlin, New Hampshire on June 2, 1939, he was the son to the late Oliva and Beatrice (Fecteau) Cusson. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force from 1958 to 1962, earning the rank of Staff Sergeant. 

 Gerry retired from Public Service of New Hampshire. 

 Devoted to his faith, Gerry was a longtime active member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church for many years. He was also an active member of the Hooksett American Legion Post #37 . 

 Gerry was a versatile and mechanically skilled man with a natural talent for fixing nearly anything. He loved assisting those in need. Above all, he will be remembered for his selflessness.

 He was predeceased by his son, James Cusson in 2018.

 Gerry is lovingly remembered by his loving wife of sixty-five years, Bertha (Henderson) Cusson; his daughter, Deborah Richards and her husband, Scott of Auburn; son Mark Cusson of Hooksett; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren and twelve brothers and sisters and brothers and sisters-in-law that he thought of as his brothers and sisters. 

 Visitation will be held Saturday, November 2, 2024 from 11:00 to 11:30am at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 21 Main St. Hooksett, NH. A Mass of Christian Burial will then be celebrated promptly at 11:30am at Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Burial will be in the family lot of Holy Rosary Cemetery, Hooksett, NH with military honors.
