Germaine M. Cote

She was born in Manchester on April 4, 1912 to Oreus and Georgine (Bussiere) Lavoie.

She was a lifelong resident of Manchester.

Mrs. Cote was a registered nurse at Notre Dame Hospital in Manchester for 10 years. She volunteered for the American Red Cross and the American Cancer Society.

She was married to Dr. Elphege J. Cote, who died in 1989.

The family includes two children, Suzanne Sullivan of Key West, FL and Philippe R. Cote and his wife, Denise, of Hampton; five grandchildren and four great grandchildren; a brother, Dr. Marcel Lavoie of Manchester; and nieces and nephews.

Services were private and at the convenience of the family.
