Germaine M. Garrett

Germaine M. Garrett, 86, formerly of 165 Oakdale Ave., Manchester, died June 5, 2003, at the home of her son, after a lengthy illness.

Born in Manchester, February 11, 1917, she was the daughter of Raoul and Marie (St. Cyr) Laliberte. She was a lifelong resident of this city.

Mrs. Garrett worked for Manchester Knitted Fashions for many years.

She was a communicant of Blessed Sacrament Church, and a member of the Ladies Guild of that parish.

She was married to Charles W. Garrett, who died in 1995.

Family members include 2 sons, William C. Garrett of Camarillo, CA, and Richard V. Garrett of Manchester; 3 grandchildren; one great grandchild; a brother, Raymond Laliberte of Belmont; a sister, Edna Baker of Utica, NY; nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Monday Jun 23, 2003 in Blessed Sacrament Church, 14 Elm St., Manchester.

Burial was in Mount Calvary Cemetery.
