Germaine B. Lindh

Germaine B. Lindh, 87, of Hooksett, NH died August 6, 2006 at her daughter's residence surrounded by her family.

She was born in Valley Junction, Quebec, on November 2, 1918, the daughter of Adelard and Eva (Dorian) Bisson. She had been a resident of this area for 60 years.

In addition to raising her family, she had worked as an Avon Sales Representative for many years.

She was a member of the Hooksettites and an officer and past president of the American Legion Auxiliary #37. She was a longtime communicant of St. Catherine Church.

She was predeceased by her husband, George H. Lindh in January of this year.

Members of her family include three daughters, Barbara Bouchard of Manchester, Carol Papp of Fairfield, CT, and Joanne Thompson of Black Forest, CO; two sons, Attny. George W. Lindh of Jacksonville, FL, and Michael Lindh of Hooksett; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren;

A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated in St. Catherine Church, 207 Hemlock St., on Wednesday August 9, 2006. Burial followed in Martin's Corner Cemetery, Hooksett.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Legion Merrill Follansbee Post #37, 5 Riverside Dr., Hooksett, NH 03106.
