She was born in Manchester on May 7, 1923, the daughter of Omer and Dorilda (Comire) Provencher and had lived in the area for her entire life.
Prior to retirement, she had been employed as an assembler by Jewell Electronics.
She was an avid bingo and card player at the West Side Senior Center and was a longtime communicant of St. Raphael Parish.
Family members include her brother Fernand W. Provencher, one sister Lorraine Charest and a nephew Richard Charest, all of Manchester.
A memorial Mass of Christian burial was celebrated on Wednesday, November 17, 2010 in St. Raphael Church. Urn burial followed in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, 474 Goffstown Road.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
