Gertrude L. Dahlquist

Gertrude L. Dahlquist,90, of Nashua, died April 2, 2005 in the Community Health and Hospice House, Merrimack.

She was born on May 10, 1916, in Augusta ME and was the daughter of Theodore and Rose Marie (Kempton)Seekins.

She was a housewife in the Nashua area and a member of the Main St. United Methodist Church in Nashua.

Gertrude was a member of the ladies auxiliary of the Nashua VFW. She was a caretaker of the homeless women at the YWCA in Nashua. She enjoyed knitting gifts to give to her family and friends.

Family members include, her husband of 36 years, Lawrence V. Dahlquist, of Nashua; two daughters, Lynn Dell Theberge, of Merrimack, Rose Ann Starke, of Tewksbury MA; a son , Gordon Smythe, of Covington KY; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren; several nieces nephews and cousins.

There are no calling hours.

Services will be at the convenience of the family.

Lambert Funeral Home and Crematory, 1799 Elm St. corner of North St. Manchester, is assisting the family with the arrangements.
