Gilles M. Forcier, 85, of Manchester died October 10, 2021 after a period of declining health.
Born in Ste. Elizabeth de Warwick, Quebec on October 21, 1935, he was the son of Ephrem and Leda (Goulet) Forcier. He attended school in Canada before moving to Manchester in 1957 and starting Gill's Drywall Company in 1964.
Upon his retirement in 1986 Gilles enjoyed collecting antique cars and split his time between Canada and Florida.
He was predeceased by his daughter, Lisa Forcier, as well as his younger brothers Larry Forcier and Michael Forcier.
Family members include his loving wife of 64 years, Olivette A. (Rousseau) Forcier of Manchester; his son, Pierre Forcier and wife Raymonde of Candia; grandchildren, great-grandchildren, siblings, nephews and nieces.
Per the family's request, funeral services and encryptment in Mt. Calvary Cemetery Mausoleum will be private at the family's convenience.
