Gloria R. Chaput

   Gloria R. (Bissonnette) Chaput, 86, of Bedford, died January 30, 2024 at Bedford Nursing and Rehabilitation Center after a period of declining health.

   She was born in Manchester on November 24, 1937 to Lucien and Yvonne (Lessard) Bissonnette.  She lived in Manchester for most of her life.

   Gloria worked at Hillsborough County Nursing Home in Goffstown for 30 years and retired in 1999.  She loved to play Bingo.

   She was predeceased by her husband of 60 years, Donald R. Chaput in 2017; her daughter, Diane L. Parker in 2003; a grandson, Jeffrey Chaput and four siblings, Anita Lesniak, Irene Duval, Henry Bissonnette and Ronald Bissonnette.

   Gloria is survived by three sons, Donald Chaput and his wife, Cathy, of Goffstown, Daniel Chaput and his wife, Clodagh, of Milford and David Chaput of Manchester; eight grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.

   SERVICES:   Calling hours are Friday (2/2) from 1 to 4 p.m. followed immediately at 4 p.m. by a funeral ceremony, all at Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St., Manchester.  Private burial will be at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Manchester at the convenience of the family.
