Gloria K. Lein

Gloria K. Lein, 84, longtime resident of Manchester, NH died November 12, 2006 in Lyme, CT after a period of declining health.

She was born in Lawrence, MA on July 13, 1922, the daughter of Frank and Viola (Plumpton) Keating. Prior to moving to Connecticut after her husband's passing last year, she had lived in Manchester for most of her life.

She was employed as an office clerk by New Hampshire Insurance for many years.

Gloria was a former member of Intervale Country Club and had spent much of her time volunteering at the Elliot Hospital.

She was predeceased by her husband of 63 years Max R. Lein in October of 2005.

She was also predeceased by her daughter Colleen Azzi in 1980.

Family members include her son, Daniel Lein of Willimantic, CT, and two grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated on Wednesday November 15, 2006 in Blessed Sacrament Church. Burial followed in St. Joseph Cemetery, Bedford.
