Guimond B. Lambert, 61, of Goffstown died December 15, 2005 at his residence after a long illness.
Born in Tring-Junction, Quebec on June 3, 1944, he was the son of Clement and Maria Anna (Vachon) Lambert. He lived in Goffstown for 40 years.
Mr. Lambert worked as a carpenter with Union Local 67 and 40 in Boston for many years. He was a life member of the Rimmon Club and a member of the Knights of Columbus 2nd degree.
The family includes his wife of 34 years, Doris B. (Goudreau) Lambert of Goffstown; two daughters, Lisa Lambert-Cazares of Goffstown and Kelly Gilbert of Manchester; two grandchildren; four sisters, Jeanne d'Arc Labbe, Yvette Messier, Claire-Helene Lessard and Nicole Sylvain all of Quebec; seven brothers, Aristide Lambert, Louis-Hebert Lambert, Leonard Lambert and Ghislain Lambert all of Quebec, Valerien Lambert of Manchester and Pierre Lambert and Conrad Lambert both of Quebec; aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
IN HIS LIFE: He was a loving husband, father and grandfather and enjoyed time spent with his grandchildren, Kayla Nicole and Ian Joseph. He also loved his sons in law, Ivan and David. He enjoyed traveling and hunting and fishing at his summer home in Canada. Known by all his family and friends as a joker, he will be greatly missed.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Monday December 19, 2005 in Parish of the Transfiguration, corner of Kelley and Youville streets, Manchester. Committal prayers followed in Mt. Calvary Mausoleum, 474 Goffstown Rd., Manchester. Burial was in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
