Guy N. Paquette, 77, of Manchester died October 31st, 2024 surrounded by his loving family.
Born in Biddeford, ME on December 24, 1946, he was the son of Laurier R. and Annette M. (Baillargeon) Paquette. He graduated from St. Louis High School in Biddeford and attended South Portland Community College.
During the Vietnam War, he served in the US Navy.
Prior to retirement, he had worked for All-Temp HVAC Corp for many years. Previously, he had worked at the New Boston Air Force Station for 10 years.
Guy enjoyed woodworking, mostly making toys and furniture for his family. He also loved car restoration, fishing, walking, and playing cards. Most of all, he cherished giving big hugs and making his family laugh.
Family members include his wife of 52 years, Monique (Pelletier) Paquette of Manchester; two daughters, Cindy Sargent of Weare, Julie Hills and husband Jeffrey of Manchester; one son, Jeffrey Paquette and wife Tracy of Raymond; seven grandchildren, Joshua and Alyssa Sargent, Caitlin Mooney, Devyn Hubble and Meagan Hills, Cody and Hannah Paquette; two great-grandchildren, Delysia and Tucker; several nephews, nieces and cousins.
Calling hours at Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St, will be Sunday, November 3rd from 2 to 5 pm. The service will be Monday at 11 am in the funeral home chapel. Burial with military honors will take place in the NH Veterans Cemetery, Boscawen, at a later date.
