H. Paul Biron, 63, of Manchester died June 3, 2003 in his residence after a courageous battle with leukemia.

Born in Magog, Quebec, Canada on September 7, 1939, he was the son of Hector and Yvonne (Crevier) Biron. He lived in Manchester most of his life.

Mr. Biron was a police officer for the City of Manchester for 5 years, then for the Town of Bedford for 17 years. He retired at the rank of Sergeant.

He was an avid fan of Nascar racing and enjoyed snowmobiling and RV'ing.

The family includes his wife of 33 years, Linda A. (Vinckevleugel) Biron of Manchester; six children, Lyne Horseman of Bedford, Joanne Biron of Candia, Daniel P. Biron of Lake Forest, FL, Robert P. Biron, Michael P. Biron and Christina A. Fraitzl all of Manchester; 10 grandchildren; two brothers, Benoit Biron and Roger Biron both of Manchester; nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Monday June 23, 2003 in St. Joseph Cathedral, corner of Pine and Lowell streets, Manchester. Burial followed in Pine Grove Cemetery, 765 Brown Ave., Manchester.
