Hannah Pouliot, infant daughter of Mark and Victoria (Buzzell) Pouliot, of Londonderry, died May 7, 2005, at the Ellliot Hospital.
In addition to her parents she leaves a brother, Joshua M. Pouliot of Londonderry; her maternal grandparents, Diane Buzzell of Manchester, and Brian Buzzell of Goffstown; her paternal grandparents, Anita Collette of Manchester, and Robert Pouliot of Henniker; her maternal great grandparents, Wilfred and Helen Buzzell of Manchester; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
A committal service took place Thursday May 12, 2005 at Mount Calvary Mausoleum, 474 Goffstown Rd., Manchester.
Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St., Manchester, was in charge of arrangements.
